1. Scope of License

Rafterco grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use Crypto Calculator ("the App") on devices owned or controlled by you, in accordance with the rules set forth in Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the App, nor create derivative works based upon the App or any part thereof.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular financial or investment purpose. Rafterco does not warrant that calculations, exchange rates, or network connections will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Financial Disclaimer

Crypto Calculator is for informational and calculation purposes only. It is not an investment advisor, broker, or financial custodian. Decisions made based on data in the App are at your sole discretion and risk.

5. Termination

This License Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Rafterco. Your rights under this license terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rafterco operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
