1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Crypto Calculator ("the App"), provided by Rafterco, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Informational Purpose & No Financial Advice
All calculations, projections, "Moon Ticket" speculations, percentage gains, and multipliers presented in the App are mathematical models based on user-supplied numbers and public market quotes. They do not constitute financial recommendations, forecasts of future performance, or endorsements of any digital asset.
3. Public Market Data Accuracy
The App pulls market price data from third-party exchange APIs (including Coinbase). While we endeavor to provide timely data, market quotes may be delayed or subject to downtime beyond our control. Rafterco makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of live price feeds.
4. Non-Custodial & Client-Side Operation
Crypto Calculator is non-custodial. It does not manage, execute, or settle blockchain transactions, nor does it store cryptocurrency funds. You retain sole responsibility for securing your assets and managing your financial decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its visual design, UI layouts, branding, algorithms, and graphic assets, is the property of Rafterco and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rafterco shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including trading losses, capital depreciation, or data inaccuracies.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
